Storeperson

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Storeperson to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role within a supportive team and is looking for a long-term career opportunity, with the potential to progress into a Leading Hand position.

ROLE

• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
• Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
• Maintaining accurate stock levels and completing stocktakes
• Organising and maintaining a clean, safe and efficient warehouse
• Processing warehouse documentation and updating WMS
• Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a warehouse or storeperson role
• Current Forklift Licence
• Minimum of 3 years experience on a Forklift
• Experience loading and unloading trucks
• Ability to use warehouse management or inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling tasks
